We’re looking for a Quality and Performance Manager to join our Governance team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective services. Working in partnership with senior leaders and operational teams, you’ll provide expert advice, assurance and constructive challenge to help drive continuous improvement across Community Healthcare Services.
You’ll lead on quality assurance activities including audits, service reviews, compliance monitoring and performance reporting, ensuring that organisational standards, governance requirements and regulatory expectations are consistently met. You’ll analyse data and trends, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and support managers to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that enhance service delivery and outcomes for those we support.
