Job Description:
Royal Trinity Hospice is seeking a specialist physiotherapist to deliver a patient-centred palliative care service across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings in London. You will conduct holistic assessments, formulate SMART goals, and work within the Therapies team to support patients and carers.
