Lancashire Field-Based Employment Specialist

Maximus is seeking an Employment Specialist for field-based work across Lancashire. The role requires a driving licence and involves supporting vulnerable adults to gain meaningful employment through the SEQF framework and the five stages of SE: engagement, profiling, employer engagement, matching and in-work support.
