Registered Manager, Children’s Home – Build & Lead

G & H Care Limited is opening a children’s residential home in Kirkby and is seeking an experienced, child-focused Registered Manager to lead the service from day one. You will lead with a clear safeguarding focus and work to establish a nurturing culture that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of every young person in placement.

You will take the home through its Ofsted registration and build and lead a team that provides a safe, stable and caring place for children and young people to live,
