Care Leaver Pathway Advisor

Belmont Recruitment are recruiting a Personal Advisor to join Leicestershire County Council on a full-time basis. The role is a 3-month temporary contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Personal Advisor will hold a caseload of older children in care and care leavers, oversee pathway planning, arrange transport for children and carers, and support social workers in preparing looked after children for independence. Supervisory and PDR-related duties are included.
