CAPEX Commercial Analyst – Housing

The Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Property Services CAPEX Specialist on a fixed-term contract until April 2028. You will provide commercial insight, analytical support and assurance to ensure capital investments are well-planned and recorded in line with regulatory and financial requirements.
