Process Operative
to join a busy and well-established business in the Ilkeston area.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, has a positive attitude and is willing to learn new skills.The position involves working within a busy industrial laundry and workwear processing environment, ensuring customers continue to receive a high-quality and reliable service.There is also the opportunity to support the delivery team when required, so a
full, clean driving licence is essential .Key Responsibilities
Sorting and processing workwear and laundry.
Booking in items and maintaining accurate records.
Operating industrial laundry equipment.
Preparing and organising customer orders.
Supporting the day-to-day running of the processing department.
Providing occasional van driving and delivery cover during busy periods and staff holidays.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
What We’re Looking For
Full, clean UK driving licence – essential.
Good basic computer skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual duties.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous van driving experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Flexibility is required to support the needs of the business.What’s on Offer?
