Board-Level Company Secretary – CGI Qualified (Hybrid)

BWW Recruitment seeks a Company Secretary for a standalone, full-time, permanent role within a subsidiary of an international banking group. You will act as principal advisor to the Board and its committees on governance matters and provide a full range of company secretarial services to the company.

The ideal candidate will be CGI qualified (ACG or FCG) with demonstrable FCA and PRA experience, and comfortable operating in a smaller, multi-board environment.
