We are currently seeking a Seasonal General Attendant for Newry, Mourne & Down Council on a temporary basis. The role will run from November 2026 to April 2027.
The post holder will be based in the stunning Slieve Gullion Forest Park and be responsible for the collection of car park entry fees, issuing season permits, traffic management, general customer service and strictly comply with all Health & Safety and Council policies.
The role pays £13.63 per hour on a 30-36 hours per week basis, 8.30am to 5.30pm over 3 days (including 1 weekend day).
What We Need From You
– GCSE passes (Grades A-C) in both English Language and Maths or equivalent.
– At least 6 months relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public OR at least 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public.
