What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
- Providing clear, practical advice and delivering an excellent client experience.
- Playing a part in the development and success of a brand-new office.
