Employee Relations Lead — On‑Site ER Partner

Healthxchange is seeking a People Partner – Employee Relations Lead to lead end-to-end ER casework across a multi-site operation in the UK. You will coach on-site managers, ensure compliant, fair outcomes and help drive proactive case management and employee engagement.

You’ll collaborate with the People Director on TUPE, integration and culture projects, spending significant time on-site while traveling to London and other sites. A strong ER background and CIPD Level 5 are essential.
