Tech Transfer & Venture Building Lead

UCLPartners seeks a Principal to lead Technology Transfer and Venture Building, driving portfolios of NHS-originated innovations from assessment to licensing and venture formation. You will work with the Director to implement an operating model across Trusts and maintain governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strategic clarity, entrepreneurial judgement and credibility with senior stakeholders across health, academia and industry, delivering measurable impact and partnerships.
