East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate Band 7 Ward Manager for the Acute Stroke Unit at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic governance to deliver safe, effective stroke care on a 24-bed unit in Harbledown.

The post holder will lead a multidisciplinary team, be on duty across at least four shifts weekly, and drive improvements in patient experience, flow, and outcomes.
