Global Finance Controller – Reporting & Compliance

De Beers Group is seeking a Financial Controller (Financial Accounting) to lead statutory reporting and group consolidation across multiple entities. You will partner with Group Tax, Operations and Legal to ensure timely, accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The role requires an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional with at least 7+ years post-qualification, excellent Excel modelling, and experience with HFM, SAP or Onestream. Strong English communication is essential.
