Remote Employee Relations Lead – Retail

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading retail business to recruit an Employee Relations Manager. This is a fully remote role with some travel for team meetings.

You will provide expert ER advice across the business, supporting managers and handling complex cases in a busy retail environment. You will review ER trends, develop clear policies, and work with the People team to ensure consistent, commercially sensible decisions.
