Social Media Manager

Location: Central London (4 days on site)

A fast-growing, founder-led hair care brand is looking for someone to own its social, creator and affiliate world across the UK and US.

This isn’t a scheduling role. You’ll set the strategy, shape the creative and build the creator relationships that turn into real revenue, then show the numbers to prove it.

What you’ll own

• Organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and whatever comes next, including the content calendar, creative direction and social-first storytelling
• Founder-led content, working closely with the Founder to build credibility and connection
• Turning expert product knowledge into simple, scroll-stopping content people actually want to watch
• Influencer and creator strategy across the UK, US and key international markets: gifting, seeding, paid partnerships, ambassadors, and the negotiation that goes with them
• Affiliate and creator commerce: recruiting, activating and growing a network of creators who sell, and turning the best of them into long-term partners
• Community growth and engagement, so customer stories and UGC get amplified
• Social and creator activity for launches, events and brand moments, working with PR and agency partners
• Budgets, KPIs and weekly reporting, and feeding the best organic and creator content to the paid team
• Managing and developing a Social Media Coordinator

What you’ll bring

• Social and influencer marketing experience at a beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or digitally native consumer brand
• Real creator relationships across the UK and US, not a list you’d have to build from scratch
• Strong creative instincts and a track record of social-first content and campaigns
• Hands-on experience running gifting, paid collaborations and creator campaigns, including negotiating fees and usage rights
• A commercial head, so you can link social and creator activity to traffic, acquisition and revenue
• Experience managing a junior team member or creative resources
• Comfort in a fast-paced, founder-led business
