Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers on a key distribution site in Cheltenham. You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity, shaping the operational plan to meet targets and deliver the Amazon of tomorrow.
You’ll coordinate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security, mentor your managers, and push continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Fluent English is required.
