Retail & E‑commerce BA — Contract (City of London)

Morson Group in the City of London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong retail background, ideally with e-commerce experience, to help drive business change and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will own end-to-end BA activities, gather requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, run workshops, and collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and IT teams within an Agile framework.
