Director, Early-Stage Pharma Transactions (Hybrid London)

MSD in London is seeking a Director of Business Development Transactions to lead end-to-end Early Stage deals in the European hub, based in Moorgate with hybrid onsite presence two days per week. You will structure, negotiate, and execute license/ collaboration agreements, coordinating with cross-functional teams across Legal, Patents, Alliance Management, and Commercial to drive strategic growth.

Required: substantial pharma BD experience, MBA preferred, strong negotiation and leadership
