Senior UK Payroll Lead — Hybrid (4000+ Employees)

schuh are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll processing for UK, Channel Islands and ROI from Livingston HQ. You will oversee PSA/Payrolling of Benefits, Gender Pay calculations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations while supporting and developing the payroll team.

The role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the Livingston office, focusing on process improvement, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration across Compensation & Benefits.
