Global Equity Operations Specialist (Remote)

ElevenLabs is seeking an Equity Administrator to own day-to-day management of our cap table, grants, vesting, and exercises across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work with Finance, Legal and People to ensure accuracy, audit-readiness and compliant reporting.

You’ll streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks with AI where appropriate, and support employees with clear, timely equity information and guidance on 409A and local valuation considerations.
