Employee Relations Advisor – Inclusive ER & Compliance

Churchill Services based in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and support a diverse range of management across the business with complex ER cases.

You will provide expert, inclusive ER guidance on absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies, building fair processes and producing monthly ER reports. DBS/security vetting and TUPE knowledge are essential.
