Highways Design Manager – Major Infrastructure Projects

WSP Global Inc. seeks an experienced Design Manager with postgraduate exposure to deliver highway schemes from design through construction. Based in Bristol, you will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, chair design meetings, and ensure safe, compliant outcomes across complex and smaller projects.

You will drive design coordination, manage scope, cost and programme, and liaise with clients and stakeholders while mentoring junior staff and promoting design excellence across major UK schemes.
