UK Packaging Machinery Sales Leader – Build & Lead Team

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Business Development Manager to set up a UK Sales and Service office for a European packaging machinery manufacturer serving the food and beverage sector. This home-based role offers a six-figure package and the autonomy to recruit and lead a UK team.

You will identify and win new business, cover the UK and Ireland, and build turnover before forming a dedicated Sales and Service operation within 3–5 years.
