Head of Sales: Build & Lead High‑Ticket Team

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is recruiting a Head of Sales for a globally recognised trading education business. The role is based at the Hampton Court (East Molesey) office, initially five days a week, with a plan to move to hybrid working as the team grows.

You will own and build the sales function, currently with two telesales executives, and lead recruitment, onboarding, daily training and coaching, plus 1-2-1s, appraisals and performance reviews.
