Profile

Kitchen:

• Remove existing kitchen units, worktops and wall units
• Disconnect/reconnect appliances as required
• Cap/make safe services during works
• Remove existing wall/floor finishes where required
• Screed floor where required
• Fit new flooring
• Remove old tiles/splashbacks
• Prepare and prime walls before decoration
• Plaster/board repairs where required
• Fit new wall units, base units and end panels
• Fit worktops
• Cut-outs for sink/hob
• Fit sink and taps
• Connect waste and water supplies
• Fit plinths, cornice/light pelmet if applicable
• Fit handles
• Fit splashback/tiles if specified
• Fit/replace skirting where required
• Fit thresholds/door bars
• Final plumbing connections and testing
• Reconnect appliances
• Seal around sink/worktops
• Final clean
• Snagging and making good
• 10-working-day completion programme

Bathroom:

• Full removal of existing sanitaryware, bath/shower and fittings
• Disconnect and cap/make safe water/waste services
• Remove existing wall/floor finishes where requiredPrepare/repair walls and ceiling
• Plasterboard/plaster repairs where required
• Install bath/shower tray as specified
• Install shower screen/curtain rail as applicable
• Fit new basin, taps and waste
• Fit new WC, cistern and connections
• Box in pipework
• Aqua board/waterproof boarding to shower/bath areas
• Seal all wet areas
• Fit floor covering
• Fit skirting/upstands where required
• Fit accessories — toilet roll holder, towel rail, mirror etc. if included
• Full plumbing connections and testing
• Final silicone/sealing
• Final clean
• Snagging and making good
