Senior Quantity Surveyor – Design Change Leader

Smart 4 EPC is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial assessments and manage design change across major infrastructure programmes. The role requires strong NEC contract knowledge, change management capability, and collaboration with design and delivery teams.

You will drive commercial outcomes, support negotiations with clients and partners, and ensure timely, well-founded change control and governance across projects at Heathrow.
