Workday Integrations ManagerPermanent | Fully Remote – UKWe’re looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Manager to lead our integrations function, combining hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership, architectural ownership and business partnering.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Workday integration specialists, taking accountability for delivery, quality and performance.
• Own the integration architecture and roadmap, providing technical direction while remaining hands‑on.
• Design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Orchestrate.
• Work with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, XML/XSLT, data mapping and transformation.
• Oversee integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders, challenging existing processes and delivering effective technical solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday integrations and associated technologies.
• Proven team leadership experience, with accountability for delivery and technical quality.
• Experience owning integration architecture and driving technical decisions.
• A strong business partnering approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
