Billing & Collections Team Lead – Maternity Cover

Kids Planet Day Nurseries is seeking a Team Leader to join our integrations team. You will initially manage a team of 10 employees, with potential growth as the nursery group expands.

You will communicate objectives, motivate the team, and assess performance, while assisting management with hiring and training and ensuring policy adherence. You will oversee invoicing, site funding reconciliations, debt management, and ensure submission deadlines are met across allocated nurseries.
