Senior Director, Medical Education Growth & Partnerships

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development in Medical Education to lead strategic growth and revenue across EPG Health’s portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Practice, you will drive sponsor engagement, shape high-impact proposals, and align commercial activity with delivery capability.

You will lead a team, develop robust account plans, strengthen senior client relationships, and oversee proposals, pitches and contract negotiations to deliver scalable, profitable growth.
