SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a Strategic Lead for Human Resources for a Primary Federation in Hackney. This on-site role will shape the HR strategy, lead a small team and partner with executive leadership to drive staff wellbeing and talent retention.

We offer a permanent, full-time post with a clear path from temp-to-perm, with a salary of £54k-£56k per year and a day rate option if via temporary arrangement, and opportunities to influence school culture across the federation.
