Henley Chase is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a busy Birmingham refurbishment operation, overseeing ~100 live projects across domestic properties. The role is hands-on, from inception to completion, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project records.
You’ll manage varied programmes from £5k to £150k, with strong emphasis on health & safety, quality, cost control and client liaison. Immediate start and a practical, problem-solving approach are essential.
