Employee Relations Lead, UK Multi-Site Operations

Relay Technologies in London seeks an Employee Relations Lead to support our growing network of sortation centres. You will own complex ER cases end to end, partnering with site leadership to reduce risk and drive fair outcomes.

Based at our London HQ with 1–2 days of travel per week, you will build scalable ER processes, train managers, and ensure on-site presence where it matters. This hands-on role demands thorough investigations and strong people guidance.
