Job Description:
Spire Healthcare in Seaham is recruiting Patient Contact Centre Advisors to join the Admissions Team. You will manage the bookings for outpatient appointments using SAP and coordinate diaries for consultant and nurse-led clinics.
The role requires excellent literacy and numeracy, the ability to handle high call volumes, and strong PC skills across multiple systems. Induction training lasts two weeks, with shifts from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturdays.
