Quantity Surveyor – Civil Infra (Avonmouth)

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting a permanent Quantity Surveyor for Avonmouth, Bristol. The role focuses on cost control, tendering, and commercial management across civil infrastructure projects.

You will administer NEC contracts, prepare valuations, and monitor budgets to ensure targets are met. You will work with project managers, engineers and site teams, managing subcontractor procurement and reporting financial performance.
