Kier Group based at Bedfordshire is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEPH) to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical on a healthcare project. Based on the Bedford project site, you will manage commercial resources and drive profitability.
You will lead day-to-day commercial delivery, undertake procurement, prepare cost reports, mentor the team, and control change while ensuring contract compliance across JCT/NEC forms.
