Job Description:
NHS Western Isles seeks a proactive Clinical Director for Quality, Improvement and Realistic Medicine to provide strategic leadership across the system. The role can be standalone or combined with up to 7 additional sessions of clinical work in Primary or Secondary Care, subject to agreement.
The post focuses on Realistic Medicine, Value-Based Health and Care, and national best-practice pathways, with leadership in interface coordination and quality governance across NHSWI.
