Year 1 Teacher — Small Class, Personalised Learning

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Year 1 Teacher for a September start in Great Barr (B43). You will join a small Year 1 class of 13 pupils with limited Teaching Assistant support, requiring you to independently plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons across the curriculum.

The role focuses on strong classroom management, confident phonics delivery, and a firm understanding of assessment and pupil progress within a nurturing school community.
