Assistant Cook (Ref No: AC27/03)
Responsibilities will be to support the day to day running of the canteen facility.
The Role:Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchenEnsuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygieneMaintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving areaAbility to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.Operation of tillOther operational duties when required
The Person:Previous Experience working in a similar roleFlexible and adaptable approachGood communication skills – written and verbalThe ability to demonstrate great team work skillsBasic Food Hygiene
Hours of Work:Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm to include a Saturday morning as part of a rota. (Hours may be subject to change during holiday times)
