HR Data and Reporting Officer

We are working with an established client to recruit for a HR Data and Reporting Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role to support the HR Team. The HR Data and Reporting Officer role is based in Co Fermanagh.

The HR Data and Reporting Officer will be responsible for:

• Analysing HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights to support informed decision-making.
• Preparing accurate HR reports, dashboards and management information within agreed deadlines.
• Maintaining and analysing employee data using Excel, HR systems and reporting tools.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR data and reports.
• Presenting HR data and findings clearly to colleagues and management to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Supporting the application and monitoring of employment legislation across Northern Ireland and ROI
• Managing competing reporting deadlines and HR priorities in a busy environment.
• Handling sensitive employee information professionally and confidentially, while identifying opportunities to improve HR reporting processes and data quality.

What youll need to succeed in the HR Data and Reporting Officer role:

• At least 1 years HR experience in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to prepare reports, analyse data and interpret numerical information accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable and will be an advantage.
