Linear Recruitment are partnering with a reputable housebuilder in South Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will oversee commercial aspects across multiple schemes, controlling costs and ensuring procurement of suppliers and subcontractors on time.

Key duties include tender reviews, sub-contractor meetings, cost reporting, CVRs, forecasts and payments oversight, with NHBC registrations and infrastructure timing monitoring also in scope.
