Senior Ward Manager – Women’s Mental Health Recovery

Cygnet Health Care’s Acer Clinic in Derbyshire is seeking a professional Ward Manager to lead and inspire the Upper Ward team, delivering high-quality care for women with complex mental health needs.

You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, within a multidisciplinary inpatient setting, and focus on recovery, safety and person-centred planning. A salary of £58,920 per annum is offered, with DBS enhancement required.
