Inquest & Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor – National Scope

Weightmans is seeking an Inquest and/or healthcare advisory solicitor to join our Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team. The role covers inquests, Court of Protection applications, and general healthcare regulatory work for NHS providers, commissioners, regulators and private care providers across the UK.

You will manage a diverse caseload, attend hearings, advise on regulatory challenges, meet clients and witnesses, and work with a national client base.
