HR Advisor – Multi-Site ER & Admin Lead

Cross Rental Services, the UK & Ireland’s leading specialist asset rental business, seeks an experienced HR Advisor to provide first-line advisory and admin support across 225 employees. You will manage end-to-end employee relations, handle HR administration, and travel monthly between depots to support multi-site operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, HiBob experience, and the ability to work independently while escalating complex issues to the Group Head of HR.
