Job Description:
LA International in Central London is seeking an Onsite Technical Services Engineer to deliver deskside IT support for laptops, desktops and end-user devices. You will manage incidents in ServiceNow, support Office 365, and perform AD administration while delivering professional service to VIPs and senior stakeholders.
Build and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, manage assets and documentation, and participate in deployments and projects. Occasional offsite/out-of-hours support may be required.
