Project Quantity Surveyor
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a growing business delivering high-quality services across a diverse project portfolio.
Location: Based in Bridgnorth, with site visits as requiredStart date: ImmediateExperience required: Minimum 5 years in a relevant roleQualifications: HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
Sectors we work in include:
– Residential (predominantly)– Education– Commercial– Industrial– Healthcare
Key responsibilities:
– Preparing detailed cost estimates and cost plans– Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation– Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle– Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers– Attending site visits to support delivery teams
Candidate requirements:
– Proven experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying– Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness– Confident communicator with good client-facing skills– Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel– Able to work independently and as part of a team
