HSE & Compliance Leader for Global Site Projects

Tate is seeking an HSE Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality across our UK sites. The role requires regular on-site presence with some home-based work, coordinating EHSQ programs and driving improvements through data and KPIs.

You will liaise with customers, auditors and regulators, lead audits and corrective actions, and build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure compliance and continuous improvement on time and within scope.
