Wolverhampton Wanderers FC is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead the club’s player identification and recruitment strategy across the first team, academy and emerging talent pathways. Working with the Technical Director, Head Coach and performance teams, you will oversee domestic and international scouting, evaluation and data-driven recruitment to support performance and long-term succession planning.
