Night-Shift Site Manager – Government Refurbishment, London

RG Setsquare is recruiting for a Site Manager on a 9-month refurbishment project in a Central London government building. You will manage a 1.5 million refurbishment scope, including two new lift shafts and full office refurbishment, coordinating trades and ensuring safety, QA, and project delivery to strict deadlines.

The role operates on a night shift (8pm–5am) and reports to a visiting contract manager. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are mandatory, and SC clearance is required to start.
