Deputy Head of Year – Pastoral & Welfare Lead

The Adeyfield Academy, Hemel Hempstead, is seeking a dynamic Deputy Head of Year to lead pastoral care and act as a key link between students, staff, parents and external agencies. The role combines mentoring with daily management and administrative coordination across attendance and welfare.

Experience with safeguarding is desirable, and the successful candidate will contribute to safeguarding and welfare initiatives across the school within a supportive team environment.
